Working it out

Remember how new and fulfilling January 1st felt?

The feeling like you can take over the world?

New year always brings new resolutions. Lose weight, get organized, send more time with the family. Yet, by January 10th, we are back to our old habits...eating out too much, spending too much time at work, too much Facebook, whatever our vice may be usually it returns to haunt us as failed resolutions. Life tends to happen when we decide to make BIG changes. I know for me, my first reaction is to just give up. It's easiest to not wake up early and exercise, say no to the Starbucks, or put the extra effort packing snacks instead of buying them

What if we stopped beating ourselves up for returning to our usual bad habits? What if we went back to every day as a new day versus just trudging through life? What if we rehashed those resolutions even after failure?

So, for once embrace the What ifs.

Embrace the Failure as a way of how NOT to achieve the goal.

Write down those goals and put them everywhere.

Don't STOP just because you have a hiccup.

Work out the kinks to achieve your goals.
